Wizard subclass
Abjuration
Protective wards and improved dispelling and counterspelling.
Abjuration starts by changing the normal Wizard play pattern through Abjuration Savant; Arcane Ward, giving the subclass its first clear mechanical identity.
Later features such as Projected Ward, Improved Abjuration, Spell Resistance expand that identity at higher levels, so the subclass has a clearer role in combat, exploration, utility, or support.
