Fighter subclass
Cavalier
Mounted and defensive control focused on marking and holding enemies.
Cavalier starts by changing the normal Fighter play pattern through Bonus Proficiency; Born to the Saddle; Unwavering Mark, giving the subclass its first clear mechanical identity.
Later features such as Warding Maneuver, Hold the Line, Ferocious Charger expand that identity at higher levels, so the subclass has a clearer role in combat, exploration, utility, or support.
